Group Discounts for Individual Sessions
Book with your friends, club, team, class, and save!
We have a very simple discount system, for every person in your group you save $1, up to $15 off each!
For example, if you book with 5 people as a group, and everyone wants our Graduate Portrait Package, the price would be reduced from $65 to $60 for everyone.
Please note: these are still single person sessions, bookings do not need to be sequential or at the same time, ie, one person can book Monday at 2 and another person can book Wednesday at 8, no problem!
If you have 15 people or more, we may be able to do on site photographs, meaning we can come to you and take your picture! Just give us an email at ottawagradpics@gmail.com
How do I do it?
Find your group of people, ask friends, teammates or coworkers
Decide on a group name! Make it fun and unique
Register your group with this form https://forms.gle/4U7sFeNh2Zr4g1XK7
Every individual books a session, through our book now / calendly link. Sessions can be any time and do not need to be sequential.
While booking, indicate your group name in the “group name or discount code” section.
That’s it! We will be able to see the group name and take off the discount.
Note: It is best to have everyone book their sessions at once. If we only see 7 people booked in your group, we cannot give you the 10 person discount! Even if some other people said they were going to do it!
Other Stuff
This is only usable with our graduate portrait package and our combo headshot and portrait package
The discount is only effective when booking has occurred and can only be redeemed at the time of your shoot, meaning if you made a group with 15 of your friends but only 13 people booked a session, we will only discount you $13. So make sure your friends actually book the session!
